Where the river meets coir
DIDIMAA starts in Bagerhat, in the Sundarbans region of southwest Bangladesh, where coconut palms grow along the rivers. Coir is the tough fibre inside a coconut's outer husk. Here, local hands turn it into bales, poles, bricks and chips.
Every product carries the work of families in Bagerhat.
We keep it simple: natural fibre, no plastic and no added chemicals, made close to where the coconuts grow.
